Our model offers other benefits for the host employer. Futures Apprenticeship Agency will:-

Assist with recruitment – sourcing the right apprentice to meet the host employers needs.

Be responsible for payroll, tax and National Insurance including the administration and often performance management.

Organise the Apprenticeship training through an approved training provider.

Maintain support both for the apprentice and host throughout the Apprenticeship.
You are under no obligation to keep your hosted apprentice but, once they’ve completed the programme, you may just find you want to!
