Awards and Accreditations

The awards we have won consolidate all of our hard work and dedication towards the customers we serve across the regions we operate in.

 

At Futures we work hard to change lives every day and being recognised for our excellent services make us feel incredibly proud.  

Over the past 28 years, Futures has been nominated for a number of awards, all because of our outstanding staff and provisions. 

Awards 

2022 Children and Young People Awards 

Futures employee Ling Peng secured the award as ‘Best Newcomer’, recognising exceptional achievements of someone who started working with young people after 2019. We are delighted for Ling Peng to be nationally recognised for the incredible impact she had on our young people.  

Ling’s supportive and nurturing approach has enabled over 90% of her young people to move into jobs after their program finished.

Careers Service Manager of the Year Award  

One of our team members, Darren Scott took home the Careers Service Manager of the Year Award at the Career Development Institute's UK Career Award in March 2018

Education and Business Partnership Award 

In August of 2022 our Nottinghamshire service known as ‘Futures Impact’ claimed a highly esteemed awards at the national celebration of local authorities, team and councils within the public sector.

Acreditations

Our Adult Courses provision awarded a “Good” from Ofsted  

Futures has received external verification from Ofsted in its first full inspection of the company’s adult training provision, resulting in an official ‘Good’ rating. 
The training provision was first made available in 2017 and has seen thousands of adults access courses in subjects like health and social care and business services.  
Ofsted said of the provision - “Learners look forward to their lessons and find them rewarding. They enjoy their studies and value the qualifications they will achieve."
